You must complete this online form whether you intend to attend your ceremony or not by Monday 06th October 2014. The Graduation Office needs to have the contact details for you to either send your tickets or post your certificate to you within a month of the Ceremonies taking place. If you move at any stage, please make sure that you contact the Graduation Office to advise them so that the information on your booking form can be amended.
Each graduand/diplomate will be allocated 2 guest tickets (this is in addition to your own guaranteed ticket of admission as a graduand/diplomate) Once all replies have been received (after Monday 06th October 2014) if additional tickets are available, you will be sent further details of how to apply for them. We will use the email address you provide on the booking form to contact you. Additional tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Your guaranteed tickets will be posted out to you by Monday 20th October 2014. If you are successful in obtaining additional tickets, you should collect these from the Northgate Arena on the day of your ceremony (when you collect your gown).
If we are not able to provide you with additional tickets, please note that the Ceremonies are streamed over the internet (using the 'Graduation Ceremony Video' link on the right hand side of the page) and they are also streamed to the Students' Union Bar (CH1) on the Chester Campus. This location is accessible to all ages on the days of the Ceremonies.
Tickets will NOT be posted to an address outside of the UK. If you are not able to provide an address in the UK that your tickets can be posted to, you will need to collect your tickets from the Northgate Arena on the day of your Ceremony (when you collect your gown). You will be provided with details of the day and of your ticket allocation via email.
