You must complete this online form whether you intend to attend your ceremony or not by Monday 5th October 2015. The Graduation Office needs to have the contact details for you to either send your tickets or post your certificate to you within a month of the Ceremonies taking place. If you move at any stage, please make sure that you contact the Graduation Office to advise them so that the information on your booking form can be amended.

Ticket Allocation

Each graduand/diplomate will be allocated 2 guest tickets (this is in addition to your own guaranteed ticket of admission as a graduand/diplomate)

Your guaranteed tickets will be posted out to you by Monday 19th October 2015. If you are successful in obtaining additional tickets, you should collect these from the Northgate Arena on the day of your ceremony (when you collect your gown).

If we are not able to provide you with additional tickets, please note that the Ceremonies are streamed over the internet (using the 'Graduation Ceremony Video' link on the right hand side of the page) and they are also streamed to the Students' Union Bar (CH1) on the Chester Campus. This location is accessible to all ages on the days of the Ceremonies.

Tickets will NOT be posted to an address outside of the UK. If you are not able to provide an address in the UK that your tickets can be posted to, you will need to collect your tickets from the Northgate Arena on the day of your Ceremony (when you collect your gown). You will be provided with details of the day and of your ticket allocation via email.

University policy specifies that no award or degree will be presented to any person with an outstanding debt. It is your responsibility to check with the Finance Office if this is the case. Unpaid fees must be settled by Monday 5th October 2015. Any student who has not settled their debts by this date will not be eligible to attend their graduation ceremony and their degree or award certificate with be withheld until such time as the debt has been cleared.
